Steps if your IMEI is not cleaned after it is marked success:

- Send an email to [email protected] with the IMEI Written/Typed and a short description of the problem you are having.

- Our support team will send your IMEI for verification.

- We will get back to you with the response from the provider.  Either it will be rerun or it will be rejected if it is within the verification time frame. 

Terms of service:

It will convert Blocked (Lost and Stolen) to Clean. After converting to Clean, you can submit it for unlocking via T-mobile USA Clean unlock service after cleaning it will work on all USA carriers. It won't remove outstanding balance or financing, it just removes the blockage. 

In the case of IMEI cleaned from Blocked status due to Financing and customers tries to activate it on T-Mobile (after cleaning order is done) it will immediately get blocked again. No refund will be given in this case.

If a Blocked IMEI is cleaned that has Financing, the status will still show Financing after cleaned. If the phone is lost/stolen and cleaned without financing it can be used on T-Mobile no problem. It will show BLOCKED on other carriers like AT&T if you unlock it. So just use it on T-mobile in this case. Please verify the carrier prior to purchasing. Refunds are not available for the incorrect carrier.
